CRS கைபேசி செயலி

* மத்திய அரசானது, "ஆளுகையில் தொழில்நுட்பத்தை ஒருங்கிணைப்பதற்காக" என்று குடிமைப் பதிவு அமைப்பு (CRS) கைபேசி செயலியை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்தச் செயலியானது, குடிமக்கள் எந்த நேரத்திலும், எந்த இடத்திலிருந்தும், தங்கள் மாநிலத்தின் அலுவல் மொழியில் தங்கள் பிறப்பு மற்றும் இறப்புகளைத் தடையின்றி மற்றும் இடையூறின்றிப் பதிவு செய்ய வழிவகை செய்யும். 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் 01 ஆம் தேதி முதல் நாட்டில் பதிவாகும் அனைத்து பிறப்பு மற்றும் இறப்புகளும் மத்திய அரசின் dc.crsorgi.gov.in எனப்படுகின்ற இணைய தளம் மூலமாக எண்ணிம முறையில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.

CRS Mobile App

❖ The Centre launched the Civil Registration System (CRS) mobile application to “integrate technology with governance”. ❖ This application will make registration of births and deaths seamless and hasslefree by allowing citizens to register at any time, from any place, and in their State’s official language. ❖ All reported births and deaths in the country occurring from October 1, 2023 are to be digitally registered through the Centre’s portal dc.crsorgi.gov.in.

ஆயுஷ்மான் வய வந்தனா அட்டை

* மத்திய அரசானது, 70 வயது மற்றும் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட அனைத்து முதியோர்களுக்கும் அரசாங்கத்தின் முதன்மையான சுகாதாரக் காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டமான ஆயுஷ்மான் பாரத் திட்டத்தின் பலன்கள் கிடைக்கப் பெறும் வகையில் அந்தத் திட்டத்தின் பயனாளர் வரம்பினை விரிவுபடுத்தியுள்ளது.   இந்த முதியோர்களுக்கு ஆயுஷ்மான் வய வந்தனா அட்டை வழங்கப்படும். அவர்களின் நிதி நிலை அல்லது வருமானத்தைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல், 70 வயது மற்றும் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட அனைவரும் இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயன் பெற தகுதியுடையவர்கள் ஆவர். இந்த விரிவாக்கப்பட்டத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஆண்டிற்கு 5 லட்சம் ரூபாய் வரையிலான இலவச சுகாதாரக் காப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும். ஆயுஷ்மான் வய வந்தனா அட்டை ஆனது, ஏழ்மை நிலையில் உள்ளவரோ அல்லது நடுத்தர வர்க்கத்தினரோ அல்லது மேல்நிலை வர்க்கத்தினரோ என எந்தவித வருமான வரம்புமின்றி அனைவருக்குமானதாகும். PMJAY என்ற திட்டமானது, இரண்டாம் நிலை மற்றும் மூன்றாம் நிலை ஆகிய மருத்துவ சிகிச்சைகளுக்கு குடும்பத்திற்கு ஆண்டுக்கு 5 லட்சம் ரூபாய் வரையிலான சுகாதாரக் காப்பீட்டினை வழங்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்தியாவின் மக்கள்தொகையில் 40% பங்கினை கொண்ட அடிமட்ட நிலையில் உள்ள 12.34 கோடி குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த சுமார் 55 கோடி பயனாளிகளை இது உள்ளடக்கி உள்ளது.

Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card

❖ The Centre has extended his government's flagship health insurance scheme Ayushman Bharat to all senior citizens aged 70 years and above. ❖ These senior citizens will be issued the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card. ❖ Regardless of their financial status or income, all people 70 years of age and above are eligible. ❖ Free health coverage up to Rs 5 lakh annually is under this expanded scheme. ❖ Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card is universal and there is no restriction on income, be it poor or middle class or upper class. ❖ PMJAY aims to provide health cover of Rs. 5 lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization. ❖ It covers approximately 55 crore beneficiaries corresponding to 12.34 crore families of the bottom 40% of India’s population.

* படியெடுத்தல் காரணிகள் என்பது நமது டிஎன்ஏவில் உள்ள தகவல்களைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள உதவும் சிறப்புப் புரதங்கள் ஆகும். அவை டிஎன்ஏவின் குறிப்பிட்ட பகுதிகளுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு, படியெடுத்தல் எனப் படும் செயல்முறையைத் தொடங்குகின்றன என்பதோடு இது டிஎன்ஏவிலிருந்து ஆர்என்ஏவுக்கு மரபணு தகவல்களை நகலெடுக்கிறது. இந்தப் புதிய ஆராய்ச்சியானது, படியெடுத்தல் தொடங்கும் இடத்துடன் தொடர்பு உடைய, படியெடுத்தல் காரணி இணையும் தளத்தின் இருப்பிடத்தைப் பொறுத்து, படியெடுக்கப்படும் மரபணுவின் பல மாறுதல்களைச் சார்ந்துள்ளது என்பதை நன்கு கண்டறிந்துள்ளது. ஒரே படியெடுத்தல் காரணிகளின் வெவ்வேறு இடஞ்சார்ந்த அமைவுகள் ஆனது எவ்வாறு வெவ்வேறு விளைவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்பதைப் பற்றிய நுண்ணறிவை இது வழங்குகிறது. இதன் கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் ஆனது, "மரபணு வெளிப்பாட்டைக் கணிக்கும் பல மரபணு செயற் கருவிகள் மற்றும் வழிமுறைகளை வகைப்படுத்திக் கண்டறிந்து செம்மைப் படுத்தவும் உதவும்".

New Spatial Grammar of Gene Expression

❖ Transcription factors are special proteins that help read the information in our DNA. ❖ They attach to the specific regions of the DNA and start a process called the transcription, which copies genetic information from DNA to RNA. ❖ New research found that the fate of a gene being transcribed depends on the location of the transcription factor binding site relative to the location where transcription begins. ❖ This provides insights into how different spatial arrangements of the same transcription factors can have different effects. ❖ The findings can “help filter and refine genomic tools and algorithms that predict gene expression”.

தமிழ்நாடு மாநில வாக்காளர் எண்ணிக்கை 2024

 தமிழ்நாட்டின் வாக்காளர் எண்ணிக்கையானது சுமார் நான்கு லட்சம் அதிகரித்து 6.27 கோடியாக உள்ளது. இவ்வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் ஆண்களை விட பெண்களின் எண்ணிக்கை தொடர்ந்து 11 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமாக உள்ளது. இதில் 8,964 வாக்காளர்கள் திருநர்கள் ஆவர். மாநிலத்திலேயே செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள சோழிங்கநல்லூர் சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதியில் தான் அதிக வாக்காளர்கள் உள்ளனர். இதில் 3,38,183 ஆண்கள், 3,37,825 பெண்கள், 125 திருநர்கள் உட்பட 6,76,133 வாக்காளர்கள் உள்ளனர். * நாகப்பட்டினம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள கீழ்வேளூர் சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதியானது இந்த மாநிலத்திலேயே மிகக் குறைந்த வாக்காளர்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இதில் 88,162 பெண்கள், 85,065 ஆண்கள் மற்றும் மூன்று திருநர்கள் உட்பட 1,73,230 வாக்காளர்கள் உள்ளனர்.

❖ The electorate of Tamil Nadu grew by about four lakh voters and stood at 6.27 crore. ❖ Women continue to outnumber men in the electoral rolls by over 11 lakhs. ❖ As many as 8,964 voters are transgender people. ❖ The highest electorate in the State is in the Sholinganallur Assembly constituency in Chengalpattu district. ❖ It has 6,76,133 voters, including 3,38,183 men, 3,37,825 women, and 125 transgender people. ❖ The Kilvelur Assembly constituency in Nagapattinam district has the lowest electorate in the State. ❖ This has 1,73,230 voters, including 88,162 women, 85,065 men, and three transgender people.
