வங்கிகளால் நிதியளிக்கப்படும் தனியார் துறை திட்டங்கள்

தமிழகத்தில் 2022-23 ஆம் ஆண்டில் சுமார் 44 ஆக இருந்த வங்கிகள் மற்றும் நிதி நிறுவனங்களால் நிதியளிக்கப்பட்ட தனியார் துறை திட்டங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை என்பது 2023-24 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 83 ஆக அதிகரித்துள்ளது. 2023-24 ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஒட்டு மொத்த திட்ட மதிப்பான 3,90,978 கோடி ரூபாயில் மாநில அரசு நிதியின் பங்கு 3% ஆகக் குறைந்தது. 2022-23 ஆம் ஆண்டில் மொத்தத் திட்டச் செலவினமான 2,66,546 கோடி ரூபாயில் மாநில அரசின் பங்கு 4.8% ஆக இருந்தது. தமிழகத்தில் வங்கிகள் மற்றும் நிதி நிறுவனங்களால் நிதியளிக்கப்படும் தனியார் துறை திட்டங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 2021-22 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 40 ஆக இருந்தது.   வங்கிகள் மற்றும் நிதி நிறுவனங்களால் நிதியளிக்கப்படும் திட்டங்களின் மாநில வாரியான பரவலானது ஐந்து முன்னணி மாநிலங்களான குஜராத் (14.7%), மகாராஷ்டிரா (11.7%), கர்நாடகா (11.1%), ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம் (10.1%) மற்றும் உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் (7.6%) என தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. இவை ஒட்டு மொத்தமாக 2023-24 ஆம் ஆண்டில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட திட்டங்களின் மொத்தச் செலவில் 55 சதவீதத்தினைக் கொண்டிருந்தன. 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டை ஒப்பிடும் போது, மொத்தத் திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் அரசின் பங்கின் அடிப்படையில் 2023-24 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தமிழ்நாடு 12வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

Private projects sanctioned by banks in Tamilnadu

❖ The number of private sector projects in Tamil Nadu financed by banks and financial institutions increased to 83 in 2023-24 from 44 in 2022-23. ❖ The State’s share in overall project cost of ₹3,90,978 crore dipped to 3% in 2023- 24. ❖ The State’s share was 4.8% in the total cost of ₹2,66,546 crore in 2022-23. ❖ The number of private projects sanctioned by banks and financial institutions in Tamil Nadu was 40 in 2021-22. ❖ The state-wise distribution of projects sanctioned by banks and financial institutions revealed that the top five states viz., Gujarat (14.7%), Maharashtra (11.7%), Karnataka (11.1%), Andhra Pradesh (10.1%) and Uttar Pradesh (7.6%).  ❖ They had together accounted for about 55 per cent of the total cost of projects sanctioned during 2023-24. ❖ Tamil Nadu ranks only at 12th place in 2023-24 in terms of share in total project cost, when compared to no 1 position in 2018-19.

பாதுகாப்பு உபகரண வழங்கீடுகளின் பாதுகாப்பிற்காக இந்தியா அமெரிக்க ஒப்பந்தம்

இந்தியா மற்றும் அமெரிக்கா ஆகிய நாடுகள் ஆனது புதிய பாதுகாப்பு உபகரண வழங்கீடுகளின் பாதுகாப்புச் செயல்முறையில (SOSA) கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளன. இந்த ஒப்பந்தமானது அவசர தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக பாதுகாப்பு உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் கூறுகளை பரஸ்பரம் மாறிக் கொள்வதற்கு ஒரு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கும். இந்த ஒப்பந்தம், சட்டப் பூர்வமாகப் பிணைக்காவிட்டாலும், இந்திய மற்றும் அமெரிக்க நிறுவனங்களுக்கு இடையேயான முதலீடுகள் மற்றும் கூட்டாண்மைக்கான புதிய வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கும். இந்தியா மற்றும் அமெரிக்கா பரஸ்பரப் பாதுகாப்பு கொள்முதல் ஒப்பந்தம் (RDP) என்ற மற்றொரு ஒப்பந்தம் குறித்து பேச்சுவார்த்தையை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளன. இது இந்திய உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் அமெரிக்க பாதுகாப்பு நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைந்து   செயல்படுவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகளைப் பெருமளவில் அதிகரிக்கும். * RDP இறுதி செய்யப்பட்டவுடன், பாதுகாப்பு கூட்டு கையகப்படுத்துதல் வழங்கீட்டு ஒழுங்குமுறைக்கு (DFARS) இணங்கும் அந்தஸ்து பெற்ற 26 நாடுகளின் பட்டியலில் இந்தியா இணையும்.  இந்த நாடுகள் மட்டுமே அமெரிக்க இராணுவ கொள்முதல் உத்தரவுகளுக்கு குறிப்பிடத் தக்க கூறுகள் மற்றும் பாகங்களை வழங்க தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளன.

India US pact for security of supplies

❖ India and the US have signed a new Security of Supply Arrangement (SOSA). ❖ This agreement will prioritise supply of defence equipment and components to each other to meet urgent national security requirements. ❖ The agreement, even though not legally binding, will open new avenues for cross investments and partnerships between Indian and US companies  ❖ India and the US are also negotiating another pact – the Reciprocal Defence Procurement Agreement (RDP). ❖ It will drastically increase opportunities for Indian manufacturers to engage with US defence majors. ❖ Once RDP is finalised, India will join a list of 26 countries accorded the status of being Defence Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliant. ❖ Only these countries are qualified to supply significant components and parts for American military orders

தேசியச் செய்திகள் ஒருங்கிணைந்த ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டம்

அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கான ஒருங்கிணைந்த ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டத்திற்கு (UPS) மத்திய அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்குத் தகுதி பெற, அரசுப் பணியாளர்கள் குறைந்தபட்சம் 25 ஆண்டுகள் பணி புரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும். இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் 23 லட்சம் மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்கள் பயனடைவார்கள். ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுவோர், 25 ஆண்டுகளுக்கான குறைந்தபட்ச தகுதிச் சேவைக்காக, கடந்த 12 மாதங்களின் சராசரி அடிப்படை ஊதியத்தில் 50 சதவீதத்தினை தங்கள் ஓய்வூதியமாகப் பெறுவார்கள். அரசு தனது பங்களிப்பினை 14 சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து 18.5 சதவீதமாக உயர்த்தி உள்ளது. இந்தத் திட்டத்திற்கான பணியாளர்களின் பங்களிப்பு ஆனது அதிகரிக்காது. ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர் துரதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக மரணித்தால், அந்த ஊழியர் தாம் பெற்ற ஓய்வூதியத்தில் 60 சதவீதத்தினை அவரது குடும்பம் பெறும். * வயது முதிர்வு ஓய்விற்குப் பிறகு குறைந்தபட்சமாக 10 ஆண்டுகள் பணிபுரிந்த பிறகு ஓய்வூதியமாக மாதம் 10,000 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும். பணிக்கொடையோடு கூடுதலாக ஓய்வூதியத்தில் மொத்த தொகையும் வழங்கப்படும். தற்போதுள்ள NPS/VRS உடன் தேசிய ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டம் (NPS) மற்றும் எதிர்கால ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஒருங்கிணைந்த ஒய்வூதியத் திட்டத்தில் (UPS) சேர விருப்பத் தெரிவு வழங்கப்படும்.

Unified Pension Scheme

❖ The Union Cabinet approved the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) for government employees. ❖ To qualify for this, employees must have a minimum of 25 years of service. ❖ The scheme will benefit 23 lakh central government employees. ❖ Retirees will now receive 50 percent of their average basic pay over the last 12 months before retirement as a pension for a minimum qualifying service of 25 years. ❖ The Government is increasing its contribution from 14 percent to 18.5 percent. ❖ Employee contribution will not increase. ❖ In case of a pensioner’s unfortunate demise, their family will receive 60% of the pension the employee was receiving. ❖ Rs 10,000 per month as pension, on superannuation after minimum 10 years of service, will be given. ❖ Lump-Sum Payment will be given at superannuation in addition to gratuity.

தமிழ்நாடு செய்திகள் உலகளாவிய முத்தமிழ் முருகன் மாநாடு 2024

இரண்டு நாட்கள் அளவிலான உலக முத்தமிழ் முருகன் மாநாடு ஆனது பழனியில் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த மாநாடு ஆனது பக்தர்களை ஒன்றிணைத்து முருகப் பெருமானின் தத்துவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. * ஜப்பானில் இருந்து 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பக்தர்கள் இந்த மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொண்டனர். அமெரிக்கா, கனடா, ஐக்கியப் பேரரசு, ஆஸ்திரேலியா, இலங்கை, சிங்கப்பூர், மொரீஷியஸ் உள்ளிட்ட உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள தமிழ் அறிஞர்களால் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட சுமார் 1,300 ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் இந்த மாநாட்டில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன.

Global Muthamizh Murugan Conference 2024

❖ The two-day Global Muthamizh Murugan Conference was held in Palani. ❖ The conference aims to bring together the devotees and harness the philosophy of Lord Murugan. ❖ More than 50 devotees from Japan participated in the Conference. ❖ It features about 1,300 research papers presented by Tamil scholars from around the globe, including the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Mauritius.

வெம்பக்கோட்டையில் 1,300 கலைப் பொருட்கள்

விருதுநகர் மாவட்டத்தின் வெம்பக் கோட்டையில் மேற்கொள்ளப் பட்ட தொல்லியல் துறை அகழ்வாராய்ச்சியில் 1,300க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தொல்பொருட்கள் கண்டெடுக்கப் பட்டு உள்ளன. இத்தளத்தில் ஒரு திமில் கொண்ட காளை பொறிக்கப்பட்ட சூது பவள மணிகளில் மேற்கொள்ளப் பட்ட உருசெதுக்கல் முத்திரையும் இங்கு கண்டறியப்பட்டது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் தொல்பொருள் அகழ்வாராய்ச்சியின் போது கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட இரண்டாவது சூது பவள மணிகளால் ஆன உருசெதுக்கல் முத்திரை இதுவாகும். மதுரைக்கு அருகிலுள்ள கீழடியில் காட்டுப்பன்றி பொறிக்கப்பட்ட இது போன்ற மற்றொரு பொருள் முன்னதாக மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட அகழாய்வில் கண்டுபிடிக்கப் பட்டது. சூது பவள மணிகள் பொதுவாக மகாராஷ்டிரா மற்றும் குஜராத்தில் மட்டுமே காணப் படுகிறது என்ற நிலையில் உருசெதுக்கல் நுட்பம் ஆனது ரோம் நகரில் தோன்றியது. கீழடி மற்றும் முசிறியில் கண்டறியப்பட்ட சூது பவள மணிகளில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட உருசெதுக்கல் நுட்பம் சங்க காலத்தினைச் சேர்ந்தது.

1,300 artefacts in Vembakottai

❖ More than 1,300 artefacts have been unearthed during the excavations at Vembakottai in Virudhunagar district. ❖ A carnelian intaglio showing a humped bull was also found at this site. ❖ This is the second such carnelian intaglio found during archaeological excavation in Tamil Nadu. ❖ Another one such material on a wild boar was found in Keezhadi near Madurai in the past.  ❖ Carnelian are generally found only in Maharashtra and Gujarat and intaglio technique is from Rome. ❖ The carnelian intaglio found in Keezhadi and Musiri belonged to the Sangam era
