QS அமைப்பின் ஆசியத் தரவரிசை 2025

இந்த 16வது அறிக்கையில் 25 வெவ்வேறு உயர்கல்வி அமைப்புகளைச் சேர்ந்த 984 பல்கலைக் கழகங்கள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. இதில் 193 இந்திய நிறுவனங்கள் இடம் பெற்றதுடன் சீனா (135) மற்றும் ஜப்பான் (115) ஆகியவற்றினை விஞ்சி இந்தப் பட்டியலில் அதிகப் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் பெற்ற நாடாக இந்தியா விளங்குகிறது. இதில் பீகிங் பல்கலைக் கழகம் ஆனது ஆசிய அளவில் முதலிடத்தைத் தக்க வைத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இதில் அதைத் தொடர்ந்து ஹாங்காங் பல்கலைக்கழகம் மற்றும் சிங்கப்பூர் தேசியப் பல்கலைக் கழகம் ஆகியவை உள்ளன. இதில் டெல்லியின் இந்தியத் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் கழகம் (44) ஆனது மும்பையின் இந்தியத் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் கழகத்தினை (48) முந்தி இந்தியாவின் முன்னணி நிறுவனமாக மாறியுள்ளது. * சென்னையின் இந்தியத் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக் கழகம் ஆனது இப்பட்டியலில் 56வது இடத்தினைப் பெற்று இந்தியாவில் மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது. முதல் 100 இடங்களில் ஆறு பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் உட்பட இந்திய நிறுவனங்கள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன.

Email policy for Tamil Nadu

The email policy for Tamil Nadu government employees was unveiled recently. It warns against the emails containing language derogatory to religion, caste and ethnicity, and those containing anti-national messages and obscene material. About 1.10 lakh people are using the official email services of the Tamil Nadu government. Tamil Nadu introduced email services for secretaries and other users within the Secretariat for internal and external communications in 2008.

வட்டார ஊரக வங்கிகளுக்கான (RRBs) நான்காவது சுற்று ஒருங்கிணைப்பை நிதித் துறை அமைச்சகம் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களில் இயங்கி வருகின்ற 15 RRB வங்கிகள் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட உள்ளன. * 43 ஆக உள்ள அத்தகைய வங்கிகளின் எண்ணிக்கையானது தற்போது 28 ஆக குறைய வாய்ப்புள்ளது. * இந்தப் பட்டியலில் அதிகபட்ச எண்ணிக்கையிலான (4) RRB வங்கிகளைக் கொண்ட ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம், உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் மற்றும் மேற்கு வங்கம் (தலா 3), மற்றும் பீகார், குஜராத், ஜம்மு & காஷ்மீர், கர்நாடகா, மத்தியப் பிரதேசம், மகாராஷ்டிரா, ஒடிசா மற்றும் இராஜஸ்தான் (தலா 2) ஆகியவை அடங்கும். * 2004-05 ஆம் ஆண்டில் RRB வங்கிகளின் கட்டமைப்பு சார் ஒருங்கிணைப்பை மத்திய அரசு தொடங்கியது. இது 2020-21 ஆம் ஆண்டு வரையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட மூன்று கட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பு மூலம் 196 ஆக இருந்த அவற்றின் எண்ணிக்கையானது 43 ஆகக் குறைக்கப்பட்டது. * இந்த வங்கிகள் ஆனது 1976 ஆம் ஆண்டு RRB சட்டத்தின் கீழ் உருவாக்கப்பட்டன. * கிராமப்புறங்களில் உள்ள சிறு விவசாயிகள், வேளாண் தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் கை வினைஞர்களுக்கு கடன் மற்றும் பிற வசதிகளை வழங்குவதை இவை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளன.

4th phase of consolidation of RRBs

❖ The Finance Ministry has initiated the fourth round of consolidation for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). ❖ 15 RRBs operating in various states would be merged. ❖ The number of such banks is likely to come down to 28 from 43 at present. ❖ It includes Andhra Pradesh, which has the maximum number of RRBs (4), Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal (3 each), and Bihar, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Rajasthan (2 each). ❖ The Centre had initiated structural consolidation of RRBs in 2004-05. ❖ It has resulted in reduction of such institutions from 196 to 43 till 2020-21 through 3 phases of amalgamation. ❖ These banks were formed under the RRB Act, 1976. ❖ They aim to provide credit and other facilities to the small farmers, agricultural labourers and artisans in rural areas.
