2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டி (இறுதிப் பதிப்பு)

மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டிகளில் தங்கம் வென்ற முதல் இந்திய வில்வித்தை வீரர் என்ற வரலாற்றை ஹர்விந்தர் சிங் (அரியானா) படைத்துள்ளார். உலகச் சாம்பியனான குண்டெறி வீரரான சச்சின் சர்ஜேராவ் கிலாரி (மாகாராஷ்டிரா) மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டிகளில் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் வென்று உள்ளார். சுமித் ஆன்டில் (அரியானா) தங்கம் வென்றதன் மூலம் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான ஒலிம்பிக் போட்டிகளில் பட்டத்தை வென்ற முதல் இந்திய ஆண் மற்றும் இந்தியாவில் இரண்டாவது நபர் என்ற பெருமையினைப் பெற்றுள்ளார்.  மகளிருக்கான 400 மீட்டர் T20 இறுதிப் போட்டியில் தீப்தி ஜீவன்ஜி (தெலங்கானா) வெண்கலம் வென்றதன் மூலம் இந்தியாவிற்கான 16வது பதக்கத்தை வென்றார்.

Paralympics 2024 – Final Update

❖ Harvinder Singh (Haryana) scripted history by becoming the first Indian archer to clinch a gold at the Paralympics. ❖ World champion shot-putter Sachin Sarjerao Khilari (Maharashtra) has won the silver medal at the Paralympics. ❖ Sumit Antil (Haryana) becomes the first Indian man and second from the country to successfully defend a Paralympic title by winning gold. ❖ Deepthi Jeevanji (Telangana) has bagged the 16th medal for India as she won the bronze in the women's 400m T20 final.

இந்தியாவின் 23வது சட்ட ஆணையம்

23வது சட்ட ஆணையத்தின் அமைக்க உள்ளதாக மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. * இந்த ஆணையத்தின் பதவிக் காலம் 2027 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 31 ஆம் தேதி வரையில் மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும். இந்த ஆணையத்தில் ஒரு முழு நேரத் தலைவர் மற்றும் ஒரு உறுப்பினர்-செயலாளர் உட்பட நான்கு முழுநேர உறுப்பினர்களும் இருப்பர். இது வழக்கற்றுப் போன மற்றும் ரத்து செய்யக் கூடிய சட்டங்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு, ஏழைகளைப் பாதிக்கும் சட்டங்களை மதிப்பீடு செய்து, எந்தவொரு சட்டத்தின் மீதுமான தனது கருத்துக்களைத் தெரிவிக்கும். 23வது ஆணையம் ஆனது உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு, வேலைவாய்ப்பின்மை ஆகியவற்றில் உலகமயமாக்கலின் தாக்கத்தை ஆராய்ந்து, விளிம்புநிலை மக்களின் நலன்களைப் பாதுகாப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பரிந்துரைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப் பட்டு உள்ளது. இந்த ஆணையத்தின் தலைவர் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்கள் உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் அல்லது உயர் நீதிமன்றங்களின் நீதிபதிகளாக அல்லது "பிற நிலையில் பணியாற்றும் நபர்களாக" இருக்கலாம். பொதுவாக இந்த ஆணையத்தின் தலைவராக ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதியே நியமிக்கப் படுவார். 22வது சட்ட ஆணையத்தின் தலைவராக கர்நாடக உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் முன்னாள் தலைமை நீதிபதி ரிது ராஜ் அவஸ்தி இருந்தார். 22வது சட்ட ஆணையத்தின் பதவிக்காலம் ஆனது ஆகஸ்ட் 31 ஆம் தேதியுடன் நிறைவு அடைந்தது.

23rd Law Commission of India

❖ The Centre has notified the constitution of the 23rd Law Commission. ❖ The term of the Commission will be for period of three years till 31st August 2027. ❖ The Commission will have a full-time chairperson and four full-time members including a member-secretary.  ❖ It will identify laws that have become obsolete and can be repealed, carry out audits of laws that affect the poor and give its views on any law. ❖ The 23rd Commission has been asked to examine the impact of globalisation on food security, unemployment and recommend measures for the protection of the interests of the marginalised. ❖ The chairperson and members could be serving judges of the Supreme Court or High Courts or “other category of persons”. ❖ Usually, the chairperson of the commission is a retired judge. ❖ The 22nd Law Commission was chaired by former Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi. ❖ The 22nd Law Commission’s term came to an end on August 31.

காற்றாலை மின் திட்டங்களுக்கான 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு மறுசீரமைப்பு, புதுப்பித்தல் மற்றும் கால நீட்டிப்புக் கொள்கையானது சமீபத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. காற்றாலை மின் உற்பத்தி நிறுவனங்களை பழைய காற்றாலை விசையாழிகளை மாற்ற ஊக்குவிப்பது மற்றும் காற்றாலை ஆற்றல் வளங்களின் உகந்த முறையிலான பயன்பாட்டை ஊக்குவிப்பதை இது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. * 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூன் 30 ஆம் தேதி நிலவரப்படி தமிழ்நாடு மாநிலமானது 22,754 மெகாவாட் திறன் அளவிலான புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி உற்பத்தி திறனைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. 1986 ஆம் ஆண்டில், சுமார் 55 கிலோவாட் முதல் 600 கிலோவாட் வரையிலான இயந்திர உற்பத்தித் திறன்களுடன் தமிழ்நாட்டில் காற்றாலை மின்னாற்றல் உற்பத்தியானது தொடங்கப் பட்டது.

❖ The Tamil Nadu Repowering, Refurbishment & Life Extension Policy for Wind Power Projects – 2024 has been released recently. ❖ It aims to encourage developers to replace old wind turbines and promote optimum utilisation of wind energy resources. ❖ TN having a substantial renewable energy generation capacity of 22,754 MW as on 30 June, 2024. ❖ The Wind energy generation in Tamil Nadu commenced in 1986 with machine capacities ranging from 55 kW to 600 kW.
