❖ Switzerland is ranked higher on metrics of quality of life and openness to business, its lowest ranking was in the field of heritage.
❖ This is the seventh time the Central European nation of Switzerland has ranked first in the survey.
❖ European countries are making up the majority of the top 25.
❖ Switzerland is followed by Japan, the United States of America, Canada and Australia.
❖ India is ranked at number 33 on the list this year, dropping three spots from its place on the list in 2023.
❖ Only Japan, Singapore, China and South Korea have managed to crack the top 25 from Asia.
