❖ This scheme seeks to address unemployment by offering on-the-job training with a monthly stipend to eligible candidates.

❖ The initiative targets those who have completed their class 12 education, with a monthly stipend structure based on educational qualifications:

o Rs 6,000 for class 12 graduates, o Rs 8,000 for diploma holders, and

o Rs 10,000 for bachelor's degree holders.
