❖ Prime Minister chaired the 9th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog.

❖ 26 States and UTs participated in the meeting while 10 states and UTs were absent.

❖ During the conference, recommendations were made on five key themes — o Drinking water: access, quantity, and quality;

o Electricity: quality, efficiency, and reliability;

o Health: accessibility, affordability, and quality of care;

o Schooling: access and quality and land and

o Property: accessibility, digitization, registration, and mutation.
